Sweet Cherries and Edible Pod Peas

Well, I checked the orchard and still no significant hail.  My earliest June Prince peaches are starting to turn yellow and my White Gold sweet cherry and edible pod peas are ready.  We plan to sell tomorrow at the UT farmers’ market.  This will be our ONLY sweet cherry sale day.  There is a very slim possibility of cherries for the Dandridge market on Saturday but it is doubtful, at this point.  The White Gold cherry is a very tasty cherry akin to Ranier in looks.  We really love it.  It has a good firm texture and a very tasty cherry flavor.
